1-Municipality fee of "1%" and VAT belong to the buyer, and is added on top of the sales price. Our corporation demands from the buyer a commission rate of 6% on the sales price.

2- The buyer can take the delivery of the art works which are purchased by payment of the entire sales price thereof, 6% commission, auction fees and VAT, at the end of the auction procedure. The art works offered at the auction are not delivered throughout the auction procedure.

3- The buyer is required to pay the cost of the art work purchased at the auction, together with 6 % commission thereof, auction fees and VAT within 7 (seven) days the latest. The art works are not delivered to the buyer until the due costs are fully collected. Unless payment is made within the prescribed time, our corporation reserves the right to seek legal action and claim a default interest rate of 10% on a monthly basis.

4- If the sales price cannot be collected fully and completely within 18 (eighteen) days, and, if deemed suitable by our corporation, this sales contract may be invalidated by ourselves together with all consequences thereof and on a revocable basis.

5- The art works are presented for examination before the auction. Therefore, the participators of the auction are assumed to have seen and examined the said art works beforehand. All information written on the auction catalogue and provided for promoting the art works are based solely on the experts' comments. The buyer agrees and represents that all works are offered for sale in their original status, he/she has inspected the works offered for sale sufficiently enough before placing a bid and that he/she has surrendered completely the execution of the provisions of article BK 198. The buyer agrees with the above condition completely. Artı Mezat does not bear any responsibility for the warranty of the disposed goods.

6- A buyer, once proposa the price, shall remain responsible for his/her bid, until another bid which is legally higher than his respective bid, is accepted.

7- Our corporation enjoys the right to withdraw any art work offered at the auction, to offer the work for sales with other art works or to separate combined works, to reject the sales and to execute the auction without consideration to the sequence number.

8- The legal responsibility remains with the owner of the art work, in case the art works offered for sale within the scope of this auction do not bear the stated qualifications, do not comply with the statement in terms of originality, or are disposed against the consent of the owner.

9- the auction is held on an open auction basis. To raise a bid and participate in the auction process means that all the above stated conditions are accepted fully together with other rights and obligations thereof enjoyed by our corporation (No objections in connection with faults and defects on the art works are acceptable after the sales procedure is over).

10- İncreasing price is performed by raising flag during the auction. Our corporation is authorized to determine the level of value increase expressed with each flag raising and to alter the specified values, when necessary. The buyer who wants to participate in the auction process by telephone or to make reservation for the said art work beforehand, is required to sign an exclusive "Reservation Contract" with our company.

11- As per Article 15 of the Municipality Auctioning Instructions, our corporation is authorized to reject any auctioneer with suspicious behaviors and attitudes to the auction without stating any justification.
12- The real or legal persons purchasing a art work for TL 5,000,000,000.- (five bilion) or more will be rquired to show their identity cards as per Law no. 4208.

13- All persons signing the flag card by means of identity declaration and participate in the auction thereby are deemed to have accepted the above stated conditions.
